Just a couple blocks south of Carl Schurz Park, it is also very close to some of the city’s finest private schools and a few blocks away from cross-town buses on 79th Street where there is also an southbound entrance to the FDR Drive.

Because of the convenience and charm of the waterfront Carl Schurz Park and the quiet of the area, this neighborhood is very popular with families.
